Even though this book is already over two years old, there is still a lot of great info here! Yes, some of it is definitely outdated. However, I think it would be a good read for anyone that is new to the Android platform in general. Unless you already have an I-something or other! In that case, you are probably already familiar with what apps are, the various categories and all the wonderful things they can do for you!I did read this on my new tablet, but I would suggest a paper copy, so that you could flip easily through it. I did learn about a bunch of great apps, all the ones I installed were completely free!
