You might think this would be a very depressing book, as it is about cancer and chemo. However, the author does a wonderful job tackling this subject!I enjoy books about books, so I just "had" to read this one! I was not disappointed.... I found it hard to put down. Even though the subject matter was difficult, it was very uplifting. I really enjoyed that the author was able to connect with his mother through all the books they were reading at the same time! I even found a book that I want to read! She had a very interesting life and she was still able to participate in most of it throughout....
Highly recommended!
